Debug mode accidentally left on

- Buff the likelihood of rare hands and yakuman hands
- Fixed a very rare bug that could cause the game to crash when loading a bomb with a mahjong quiz module that generated a kokushi noten hand

Details:

Easy:
- added chance for toitoi/7 pairs hands to be tsuuiisou - works out to be be a ~2.5% chance to generate a tsuuiisou hand
- 7 pairs chance buffed from ~4.5% to ~9%
Hard:
- chance of 1 sided kokushi buffed from ~0.6% -> 1.6%
- chance of 13 sided kokushi buffed from 0% -> 1%
- chance of noten kokushi buffed from ~0.2% -> 1.2%
- chance of big wheel tenpai hand buffed from <theoretically possible> -> 1%
- chance of all green tenpai hand buffed from <theoretically possible> -> 1%
Scrambled:
- chance of 1 sided kokushi buffed from ~0.3% -> 1.3%
- chance of 13 sided kokushi buffed from 0% -> 1%
- chance of noten kokushi buffed from ~0.1% -> 1.1%
- chance of big wheel tenpai hand buffed from <theoretically possible> -> 1%
- chance of all green tenpai hand buffed from <theoretically possible> -> 1%

TP Support

Module counter no longer shared between all 3 difficulties.
Logfile analyzer shows scrambled hand before unscrambled hand.
