Fixed the rapided aging of the F7B, Tweeked the Power, Tractive Effort, Speed and Weight of both F7A and F7B, Fixed the Lifespan from 500 years to 50 years

Fixed the LOD on the F7B's so it does not disappear when zooming out from them. Added a new livery based off of Frisco E8 and updated the stats for the overall F7's for frisco.
