Bugfixes
- Fixed issue with blank notifications
- All origins produce new amounts of pops

Balance Changes
- All four diverse unification origins now give the "Planetary Unification" tech as a tech option
- Union of States now grants +50% more pops by clearing holdouts, which means it grants more pops than Perpetual Superpower, though it takes more time and resourced to unlock them
- The corporate authority Union of States blocker, Rival Corporation, now requires trade to clear instead of energy
- Cold War Victor now gives half the pops of Perpetual Superpower, and a mining or farming district as appropriate.
- World Conqueror now gives half the pops of Perpetual Superpower, and a mining or farming district as appropriate. It also gives the Ground Defence Planning tech as a tech option. The War Exhaustion reduction modifier has been reduced to 20% and no pops start recently conquered.

Legacy Notes
- The legacy version of Cold War Victor has now been fully removed.

Large update:
-Version bumped to 3.6
-The Cold War Victory origin has been reworked. It now provides ethics attraction and pop faction resource gain. The old version of this origin remains available so as to preserve backward compatibility, but will not spawn in new games going forward. I was never entirely happy with the espionage theme of this origin and this bring it closer to my original intention.
-Cold Warriors now like their opposing ethics even less. Communists beware.
-I've tested the mod against planetary diversity and the Union of States planet blockers seem to spawn correctly.
-Fix issue where a portion of the start screen message would not display. If you find part of this start screen message still does not appear, please let me know exactly what ethics/civics/origin and planet start combination you were playing.
-Fixed issue where the Independent Country block would promise a Unification Day after every single block removal.
