also sorry this isnt a big update just some quick changes i made

GENERAL CHANGES:

- Dtilt has iasa on hit again
- Ftilt now has iasa on window 6

BUFFS:

- Buster charges a bit faster
- Nair damage increased from 3 to 5
- Dtilt endlag decreased from 10 frames to 8 frames
- Dtilt damage increased from 3 to 4
- Utilt endlag decreased from 12 frames to 8 frames but now has whifflag
- Utilt total damage increased from 3 to 5
- Fair endlag decreased from 16 frames to 10 frames but now has whifflag
- Fair landing lag decreased from 12 frames to 7 frames
- Bair landing lag decreased from 7 frames to 4 frames
- Uair start up lag decreased from 12 frames to 10 frames
- Uncharged buster shot deals a little more knockback and sends at a more upwards angle
- Buster super attack total damage increased from 11 to 18
- Raijinshou (super ustrong) total damage increased from 15 to 20


NERFS:

- Genmu Zero (super fstrong) damage lowered from 15 to 12
- Genmu Zero (super fstrong) Hspeed lowered from 25 to 23

GENERAL CHANGES:

- Zero has a new special move that can be activated by having full meter, full buster charge, then firing while grounded
- Sentsuizan has been replaced with air buster (diagonal shot)
- U special (Hienkyaku) moved to D special
- U special is now Ryuenjin
- F strong replaced, it's now Hadangeki
- F special replaced, it's now Raijingeki
- Super U strong is now Raijinshou, a multi-hit tornado technique
- Ftilt changed, is now a 2 part attack
- Removed iasa scripts for all moves except Ustrong, and Dair
- Dair is no longer cancelable on hit, but can still be canceled after 50 frames have passed
- Dtilt sped up, only active for 2 frames now (from 4)

- Fair endlag increased from 12 to 16 frames
- Fair landing lag increased from 10 to 12
