- changed bot settings around for a bit more difficulty and balance

- removed fire fx when tanks/apc/ifvs get hit by cannon
- multiplayer BOTs have been completely reworked
- heroic AI now spawns 3x more units than it did before
- BOTS now have the ability to spawn any unit from the beginning of the match
- BOTs will now spawn units for a much longer duration than before
