Ai autoresolve changes.

- Macedon only have major faction advantage when defending.

Streamlined the economy particularly imperium effects.

- Slaves bring in less income but cause less public order penalties
- Decreased flat income for main city/town/dock building chains by 25%
- Increased flat income (+ostia trade income) for capitals by 10%
- Increased building cost of capitals by 25%
- Added navy upkeep cost to imperium
- Less tax penalties tied to imperium
- Upkeep and recruitment penalties are less severe from imperium 0 to 3
- Upkeep and recruitment penalties are more severe for imperium 4 and 5
- Upkeep and recruitment penalties are alot more severe for imperium 6 to 8
- Corruption penalties increase by 5% per level until imp 6, then 10%.

Building, unit and recruitment changes.

- Revamped recruitment turn time for roman soldier units.
- Velites (1), Hastati/volunteer legionaries (2), principes/legionaries (3), Triarii/vet legionaries etc (4).
- Allied hastati/pricipes/triarii/equites take 1 less turn to recruit.
- Increased campaign cap of hastati/pricipes/triarii/equites to 160/80/80/80
- Increased campaign cap of allied hastati/pricipes/triarii/equites to 80/40/40/40
- Increased campaign cap of veteran legionaries and legion cavalry to 120/120.
- Increased campaign cap of levy aor units to 8.
- Increased recruitment and upkeep cost dependent on turn time/unit type.
- Increased recruitment and upkeep cost by 5% for dedicated soldier units (2 turns)
- Increased recruitment and upkeep cost by 10% for elite units (3 turns)
- Increased recruitment and upkeep cost by 15% for top tier units (4 turns)
- Increased recruitment and upkeep cost by 10% for mercenary and supply units.
- Increased upkeep bonus from city supply buildings to 5/10/15% for local armies.
- Decreased upkeep bonus from town garrison buildings to 4/8/12% for local armies.

General changes.

- Lowered the xp needed for agents and generals to reach level 1-9 (more so lower levels)
- Decreased PO penalty from slaves by 15%
- Imperium tax rate penalty/bonus goes from -20% to +10%
- Increased the PO penalty on local provinces inflicted by besieging nomad/barbarian armies.
- Doubled the PO penalty inflicted by besieging armies on local provinces.
- Increased income from looting settlements.
- Empires now also have 5% increased tax rate, 5% increased infantry cost
- Reformed now also republics have 10% increased tax rate
- Kingdoms now also have +5% tax rate, 10% decreased upkeep cost, 5% increased recruitment cost + 10% increased infantry cost.
