Forwarded most changes from DEI beta 1.35 relating to buildings, units, scripts and more.

The autoresolve script has been rewritten and is well tested.

Overall improved performance while ensuring some predictability throughout an otherwise dynamic campaign.

Major factions such as Rome have considerable bonuses against all other factions when attacking and defending against other factions. Rome also has a slight bonus when attacking/defending against other major factions.

Carthage, Parthia and Seleucids have major faction bonus when attacking and defending against other factions.

Seleucids also have a slight bonus when defending against Macedon, Ptolemaics, Pergamon, Galatia, Persia, Atropatene, Armenia and Pontus.

Macedon have major faction bonus when defending against other factions.

Pergamon, Ptolemaics, Boii, Armenia, Pontus, Arverni and Massalia have a less impactful major faction bonus when defending against other factions.

Includes numerous faction specific relationship conditions to ensure some historical rivalry/friendship between factions throughout the campaign.

Significant one-time treasury injections for, Carthage, Macedon, Seleucids, Rome, Pontus and Parthia at turn 30, 60, 90, 120, 150 and 180.

Other changes:

- Redone and balanced garrisons for all special capitals
- Increased sizes of garrison units for all factions, depending on culture.
- Added special faction garrisons for most major factions major cities.
- Added special faction garrisons for all major factions military buildings.
- Added special faction garrisons for greek factions satrap buildings.
- Added garrison horse archers for all Pathian minor town/city chains.
- Syracuse starts with tier 2 military army building and dock.
- Rome start with tier 3 fishing port in Brundisium.
- Maurya start with tier 3 fishing port in Brundisium.
- Maurya start with organised supply and logistics researched
- Most germanic and celtic factiosn start with headhunt and or saddlery researched.
- Seleucids starts with great satrapal palace in Babylon military buildings in border towns.
- Increased Parthian garrison horse archers to 140 men.
