Campaign ai changes.

Minor changes to campaign ai so they are abit more dynamic in their evaluation to make peace.
The ai should be more willing to make peace in general but less likely to make peace as a last stance which solve the issue of very small factions resorting to offer/accept vassalage to large factions too easily.

Peace deal components changes:

- Decreased last stand values (between 30% to 150% change)
- Increased peace balance factor (between 10 to 50% change)

General changes:

- Increasing trade income from satraps from imperium 2-8
- Increasing client unit recruitment from imperium 2-8
- Increased tax income from high and extortionate tax by 5%
- Increased hit point of barricades by 1000
- Increased kill chance of fall traps to 100%
- Increased kill chance of fire traps to 70%

Ai autoresolve changes.

The ai autoresolve script from the latest beta has been included.
The script is more or less the same with a few minor changes/additions to better fit the later time period and ensure major (and minor) factions have more impact throughout the campaign.

- Epirus no longer have major faction advantage when defending (Epirus is in decline, their last king is dead and subject to Ardiaei).
- Rome have major faction advantage when both attacking and defending (Total War: Rome II)
- Macedon have major faction advantage when both attacking and defending (Macedon can better retain a strong position when fighting against Rome and Selucids).
- Parthia have major faction advantage when both attacking and defending (Parthia are more capable of defending themselves and expand at their leisure).
- Baktria have major faction advantage when defending (Baktria's position is consolidated, they can better defend against Parthia and Indian tribes).
- Pontus have major faction advantage when defending (Pontus are able to better defend themselves and build up forces for expansion).
- Armenia have major faction advantage when defending (Armenia are able to better defend themselves against Pontus, Selucids and Kartli).

Reform changes

Imported the latest up to date reform scripts and reworked reform turn time and imperium requirements.

- Reform requirements can now be reviewed for all faction in the technologies tab.
- Roman polybian reforms occur at turn 10/imp3.
- Greek reforms occur at turn 20/imp 3 and turn 220/imp 5
- Parthian reforms occur at turn 300/imp 4 and turn 600/imp 6
- Global thureos reforms occur at turn 40.
- Global thorax reforms occur at turn 240.
- Minor adjustments and corrections to all other reform turn times.
- Updated reform unit upgrade cost from dei beta.
- Early reform unit cost less to upgrade, late reform units cost more.


Diplomacy, politics and tax changes:

- Party loyalty bonus for high (+5) and extortionate (+10) tax rate.
- Party loyalty penalty for low (-5) and minimal (-15) tax rate.
- Doubled the loyalty penalty incurred from high tax rates for populist politicians.
- Rebalanced tax bonus/penalties for growth, banditry and public order.
- Decreased imperium upkeep penalty.
- Increased imperium tax penalty and bonus.
- Increased imperium corruption penalty.
- Empire government reform incurs 40 PO and loyalty for 20 turns (decrease by 2 per turn)
- Other government reforms incurs 20 PO and loyalty for 20 turns (decrease by 1 per turn)
- Less tax bonus for kingdoms and reformed republics.
- Decreased trade bonus of republics, increased trade bonus for elected republics.
- Empires gains 10% increased trade from satraps.
- Infantry recruitment cost penalties for kingdoms (+10%) and reformed republics (+5%).
- Infantry recruitment cost bonus for republics (-5%).
- Imperium trade bonus from client/satrapies at level 4-8 (up to +10% trade bonus).
- Higher imperium (4-8) incurs higher PO penalty from foreign culture.
- Diplomatic penalties and bonuses tied to imperium levels from low (-20) to high (+15) .
- Diplomatic penalties and bonuses tied to political power from low (-30) to high (+15).
- Diplomatic cultural aversion bonus and penalties between all cultures are larger.
- Latin and hellenic cultures now have a small diplomatic cultural bonus.
- Punic and Numidian cultures now have a small diplomatic cultural bonus.
- Latin and punic cultures have a very large diplomatic cultural penalty.
- Large penalty between latin and nomadic/numidian, germanic and parthian cultures.
- Large penalty between hellenic and nomadic and parthian cultures.


General changes:

- Updated experience and ancillary for generals/agents from dei beta.
- Lowered growth, replenishment and upkeep bonus from agents/generals.
- Increased banditry bonus for agents/generals.
- Unit experience thressholds are lower for tier 1-8 and higher for last tier.
- Less upgrade points awarded for early army traditions (1-3) more for later (8-10)
- Less upgrade points awarded for early agent/general levels (1-3) more for later (8-10)
- Balanced upkeep and recruitment costs for a number of levy units.
- Decreased recruitment and upkeep cost by 10%
- Decreased tax rate by 5%.
- Decreased building cost by 20%.
- Decreased research points needed for early (20%) and mid (10%) tier techs.
- Besieging incurs 5% less upkeep cost penalty.
- Increased regional culture influence by 10%
- Decreased replenishment bonus from Provincial PO and fortification stance.
- Nomad and eastern armies have 80% more ammunition when garrisoned.
- Nomad and eastern armies have 40% more ammunition when fortified.
- Roman, Greek and generic armies have 60% more ammunition when garrisoned.
- Roman, Greek and generic armies have 30% more ammunition when fortified.
- Barbarian armies have 40% more ammunition when garrisoned.
- Barbarian armies have 20% more ammunition when fortified.
- Removed some redundant tables from the mod.
