Fixed tricky problem with grove decoration repeating upon reentry.

set bValue2=True; (to limit once-only trigger effects from reoccuring) [GlobalTriggerEffect] ID=callDecorate; effectID=trigger; sValue=Decorate; sValue2=; bValue1=False; bValue2=True; fValue=0; delay=0.01; xValue=-1; yValue=-1; -- set all 'Decorate' triggers to: Trigger on Zone Entry = True Trigger Only Once = True Disable on Zone Entry = False

Fixed some "decorate" spawns triggering upon re-entering the room.

Enabled "specialSpawn" so that certain terrain tiles change in encounters, leading to more visual variety
Fixed:
-- grove enc 1 was not correct -- only spawned 2 enemies
-- pallet colors not displaying correctly on several encounters
-- trigger effects for certain triggers not being toggled to trigger only once

- More Integrated Weapons is now a requirement (or will cause crashes in groves that spawn a certain prize room)
Added a small chance to spawn a crafting kit for the More Integrated Weapons in the groves.
Breakdown of Prize rooms:
There are 29 groves and a pool of 10 possible "prize" rooms.
Every grove will spawn ONE prize room!
2 prize rooms contain an action tablet.
3 prize rooms contain a blueprint for one of the More Integrated Weapons.
The remaining 5 prize rooms contain a chance for random loot.

`extraSpawnDataIDs= ` MUST take a SpawnData and not an individual enemy.
