nerfs:
- When an opponent hits the pot while it's primed for an explosion it sets back its timer a little bit

changes/fixes:
= Uspecial bubbles hitpause adjusted
= Secret alts can now be accessed from the CSS Menu
= While Pot Detonation is primed, Gumbo can hold special while near the pot to detonate rather than pick up and throw the pot
