Medical:
- Rename bacta pack to bacta gel
- Kits will have the old item automatically replaced
- Fix bacta gel not working when used on other players
- Increase number of bruises healed from 3 -> 5

Units:
- Reduced damage slightly of the B2 gun to help with ATRT rework (Infantry you will notice nothing, it will still hurt just as much)

Vehicles:
- Mark some engine variables as defined for hemtt
- Fix not resetting animation when dismounting
- Remove ace's "fall down" script from the AT-RT
- Fix being able to carry dead AT-RTs
- Move AT-RT init to initPost
- Fixes issue where some things weren't working for Eden placed AT-RTs
- Made AT-RTs immune to fire
- Made an ACE PR to make things properly immune, set up for that and our temporary solution
- Does not require Fire - Add protection variable to uniforms acemod/ACE3#11113
- Fix scrollwheel actions not appearing for other players on Zeus spawned AT-RTs
- Fix increased speed not being applied for all players
- Adjustments to the ATRT gun

- Reorganized Vehicle sound files

TLDR; Please check every part of the mod. LS update changed a lot of file paths and script interaction, so thing are likely to break. Also L to custom helms, likely be in the hotfix that will probably be coming.
