- Added two new tracks, one of them being an ambient track (Both from Naruto Shippuden: Ultimate Ninja Impact)
- Changed the Medieval theme to one of the new tracks (The old one has been repurposed as an ambient track)

- Minor adjustment in the Shinobi's civilopedia page

- Adjusted the base Housing of the Mountain Structures from 1 Housing to 2 Housing in an attempt to make it slightly more relevant. (Quite like a "proto-mini-neighborhood", before the actual neighborhoods are accessible)
- Adjusted the extra Housing bonus from Civil Engineering from +1 to +2.
- Adjusted the configuration text to clarify its immunity to being removed by disasters.
- Corrected some errors in the configuration code for citizen names.

- Adjusted DLC & mod requirements to a minimum of requiring only Rise & Fall and Gathering Storm, and merged geography names in a way that is compatible with other mods.
- Reuploaded the mod to a different place (here) due to a rare, peculiar (and very frustrating) error preventing the old upload from being updated.
