Added a combat dice and movement dice macro which rolls the dice, takes the values of the roll and displays them across the top of the 3D envirnoment for one point two seconds, and then puts the values in the chat for reference.

This combat dice roller has colour coded valures for skulls as red, for Monster shields as black, and hero shields as white.
