Added door and hull penetration for various anti-materiel projectiles (12.7x99, 5.45x39 & 7.62x39mm DU rounds, 14.5x114mm, Tau Lepton particles), slight firerate buff to Marauder's Assault Rifle.

Added EK Armory and Combat Overhaul ammunition compatibility for weapons (CO's ammo may be a bit OP to use, if any other mods need compatibility let me know) .

- Added universal ammo tag (ehaammo), added Universal Weapon Crate, buffed Heavy Combat Shotgun (Less Spread), balanced SPMG (Rounds do less bleeding damage and stun less, however have 5% more penetration, more difficult to find), added MiscID Glossary.

Added AP and DU ammunition for 7.62x39 and 5.45x39mm rifles.

Added Armor-Piercing ammunition for most pistol calibers and 5.56x45mm rifles to keep weapons chambered in such calibers competitive within later segments of the campaign or a multiplayer mission/sandbox session.
