Okay, here the final update.
I finally found a LIGHTGOUSE!!! And a TRAIN, a COOL FACTORY!
But that's not the most important thing about it. I made the access to the bay a little bigger and I fixed some "bugs" related with the path finding and tome part of the bay that was out of the map, which was used by the enemies or even my ships to flee and disapear right there (kinda a big fail), so now the only way to flee is by the only entrance or... you know... getting destroyed.
