Improve click to position text input cursor
Tab by default first tries to complete prediction
Configuration for tab behaviour:
- Complete prediction
- Insert equivalent spaces
- Tab through predictions (Ctrl+Tab) to go backwards

-Fix all_clients_require_mod set to true
-Ctrl-Enter runs command without closing console
-Clicking in text edits moves the cursor to the location! (not perfect due to limits in the api)
