-Footsteps will no longer keep playing when the player is dead

-slightly improved the way footsteps are handled in multiplayer (your footsteps would play twice at a time in multiplayer. Fixed partially, now your footsteps don't play twice, but you can still hear other players emit footsteps twice)

-updated the viewheight lua code. Now when setting viewheight to 0 it wont make you collide with stuff like it would when it is set to 1
