Fixed some bugs such as the entities becoming unaccessible when repeatly opening and closing.
New entity: Dispencer, which can give its contents automatically depending on player's active weapon.

Added "Enable/Disable Permanent" feature, toggle it with the Context Menu.
HLS Weapons/Ammo support.
Fixed the "Simple Lock" *upside-downed password* bug.

Added 6 entities with thirdparty contents, someone just asked for them.
Fixed containers cannot open in loaded saves.
Some minor bug fixes and code improvements.
Fixed missing font problems.

Permaprops cannot save the stored contents my friend, you can save the map if you want.
