- Corrected some texts
- Fixed an issue where Teotihuacan, on higher difficulties, got many cities (they will still gain settlers, I couldn't figure out how to prevent that, but they will be unable to settle.)
- Fixed Spearthrower Owl's Agenda
- Corrected Spearthrower Owl's diplo text because I found the fact that he said nothing better than the dialogue I actually wrote for him
- Got the civ ready for the Jade Spider alt leader soon.
