NEW SKIN (requires Modded Skins API)

-PSI Shield and Powershield will now remain when a player logs and off returns
-PSI Shield and Powershield will no longer remain on death
-Fixed a bug where clothing insulation was not being properly calculated when determining their effectiveness against asthma attacks in some instances
-Clothing items that keep the player dry now help prevent asthma during rain, depending on how well they keep the player dry
-Added crafting recipes for PSI Shield and 4D Slip
-Added Ninten's crafting items to various recipe filters
-Ninten's dialog has been updated to include Curse of the Moon Quay
-Ninten's Coat is no longer effective against rain
-Working (mining, hammering, chopping, digging) is very slightly more effective at causing asthma attacks across the board
-Attacking while riding a Beefalo now counts as being active (no more negating asthma completely with them)

ISLAND ADVENTURE COMPATIBLITY*
*Island Adventure is not functional with Curse of the Moon Quay, so although I did work towards compatibility for it, please be patient...
-Ninten cannot 4D Slip from land to water (water to land works but you will lose your boat!)
-Ninten starts with a Rain Coat rather than Ninten's Coat
-Ninten's Coat is crafted with Cloth and Silk as opposed to Beefalo Wool and Silk
-PSI Shield reduces boat damage by 25% when applied to the boat's sailor
-Powershield refelcts 40% of incoming boat damage to the attacker when applied to the boat's sailor

• Fixed a bug introduced in the last patch that resulted in Psi Shield and Powershield crashing the game on dissipation

• Fixed a crash that would occur if a player with a PSI Shield or Powershield was electrocuted, and then subsequently attacked again
  
• Fixed a bug where Ninten could have an asthma attack while dead
  
• The asthma overlay will now hide properly on death
