fixed broken power buttons on console.

Swapped score texture for unlitgeneric, to avoid issues with shader settings on low end pc's
Added entire new upper floor with melee, throwables and carryables.
Made roof accessible.
Made entire survival maps.
Made maps playable as L4D1 and L4D2 characters
