* Removed quite a few unnecessary pickaxe buffs
* Spectre Pickaxe was buffed in vanilla so this mod's buff was removed
* Removed Laser Drill nerf
* Buffed most drills further
* Changed the mod's name

* Updated the mod for preview in preparation for the upcoming stable update (this mod wasn't broken in preview, but updating it removes the 'enable at your own risk' warning)

* Tweaked (and removed one of) the balance changes, early PHM pickaxes are overall faster and late PHM pickaxes are overall slower (still faster than vanilla, except for Silver Pickaxe)
* Slightly nerfed Cactus Pickaxe (also still faster than vanilla)
