New Church helmet, updated textures for vest and backpack

Changed -
Tac-hud heavy rifle alt fire has had a balance pass. There is no high or low charge, only a single mid-level charge. In addition, while it now more consistently knocks out vehicle crews, bullet drop has been added to make long-range shots more difficult to pull off.
Z6 Jetpack rocket can now lock at a slightly longer range.
