The temporary pets from Star of Ishtar and Sigil of Bast now have Aggressive AIs.
Reduced the run speed bonus on the proc from Crescent Moon of Artemis to +50% speed, but it now ignores the movement speed cap.

Envy of Set now has 15% Offensive Ability.
Orb of Sihai Longwang now has 20% Offensive Ability.
The "Eurydice and Orpheus" quest in Act 4 now rewards a random arcane formula from that difficulty. All formulae have the same chance except on Legendary difficulty where Lyre of Apollo's chance is a bit higher since it is tied to Orpheus in the lore.

Sigil of Bast and Star of Ishtar now have a 5% chance to summon their pets "Upon Taking Damage" instead of 100% chance "On Low Health". The procs didn't protect you from dying so the pets would often end up getting summoned at the same time that you die, wasting the 4 minute cooldown. This change will put them to better use and allow you to see them more frequently.

Reverted physical damage on Eye of Ra from 20% to 15%.
