- New anti-spam mechanic added into the mod
-- Whenever you fish in any spot, Water perturbation will grow by 1%
-- Each point of Water perturbation reduces you fishing chances by a lineal amount, and has a max of 100%
-- Each 4 hours, while sailing, this meter will reduce from 1% to 5%
-- You can see how much you have by looking at the tooltip of any fishing spot
- Fishing Spots now have a tooltip indicating the level of Water perturbation
- Buffed all the Swordfishes
-- Normal one has 1 less power, but the Evasion it gives has been raised to 9 (was 7)
-- Elemental ones have 1 more power, offer 1 more Evasion for a total of 4 (was 3) and now also offer 8 Resistance
-- They special statuses chances and durations also have been buffed significativly: Now the base chance is 60% and if you reach 10 Magical Attack and 10 of the corresponding elemental skill, chance will rise to 100%
- Hark dialog options for purchasing have been streamlined, allowing to make several fish exchanges witouth closing the dialog window

- When fishing, Fishing skill now has a chance to slowly rise. The better you are with an Spear, the more chances you have to rise it. It doesnt rise immediatly, but requires to do some fishing.

- Added a new, rare fish that allows you to raise you Fishing skill by 1 when used
- Fish amount now scales first, randomly (chance to get extra fish) and then, by the Fishing skill of the user
- Fishing Skill: Fixed some internal stuff that made it not display numbers correctly like all other stats

- Elemental Swordfishes:
-- Fixed the Fire one having a duplicate action
-- Fixed the durations of the status effects those do apply, so now they give normal durations instead of gigantic ones
-- Removed element=slash; from the secondary effects, as it made no sense
-- Standarized the chances among them
--- Base chances to activate they special effects: Fire 25%, Ice/Wind/Elec 40%, Life/Ruin 33%
--- Fire, Ice, Wind and Electric ones now scale by 4 times you total elemental skill that corresponds to the swordfish element as extra chance (was 2 times)
--- Ruin and Life one now scale by 3 times on they corresponding elemental skills that you have (was 1)
