Small optimization. Visual bug fixes.

Added "Baby Captain" Safety Measure: Fail safe that keeps locks working in a default state untill the Captain opens the CCL. This means that if a Captain does not know how to use the CCL, it should not affect gameplay anymore - It will however reduce the effectiveness of security. Logbooks have been added in crew cabins with detailed guidelines to override the electrified rooms in emergency situations.

Added auto doors to captain's area and medbay. Fixed diving room auto-hatch that was not working properly. CCL "open" statement reworded to fit in given space. Additional captain's logbook added in safe. Changed CCL channel recommendation from (10-9999) to (101-9999). Added a chat spam protection timer for the buttons in crew cabins: channel 0 = 5 min cooldown. channel 1 = 3 min cooldown. Fixed pump at front of the sub that was on 24/7.

Increased terminal command list output length, and added a logbook below captain's deck which also gives the available commands.

Fixed some visual bugs in medbay. Made all the Combat Mode floor lights un-interactable, as there were so many and it gets annoying if you accidentally click on them.

Fixed terminal not mentioning the "close" command.
