- Re-added TTT support for most perks, with icons
- In TTT, Double Tap will double firing speed
- Added cvars:
Perks_TTT_DoubleTap_EnableFastShoot (default 1)
Perks_TTT_DoubleTap_FastShootMultiplier (default 2)
- Unlike the previous TTT implementation, there is no longer an entire duplicate copy of every perk code file
