Updates:

- Added 2 new variants: Jian Arrows Remastered and Reshi Arrows Remastered.
- Renamed the old arrow variants to Jian Legacy and Reshi Legacy.
- Adjusted the stroke of circle notes and changed the receptors' glow when tapped down.
- Blurred the grade and number elements to look non-pixelated in game.
- Fixed all noteskins canvas size due to a visual error that leads to inaccurate hitpositions.
- New thumbnail since the default is circles, not arrows.
- Fixed skin name from `Caeruleum` to `Caelerum` (Thanks Makaii.)
