Seems there's a lot of errors with the new update so I'll be reverting for now

- Added skin color menu
- Added clothing menus
- Added joypad focus highlighting
- Fixed Bald style always requiring scissors even when holding a razor
- Fixed some Spongie's Hair styles missing from the in-game cut menu

- Fixed issue with hair trims breaking the in-game beard menu

- Added controller support
- Replaced old combobox reader method with a copy of the vanilla hair list generator. this hopefully improves stability between updates.
- Mod Options support

- Add stubble checkbox

- Added icons to indicate required items on in-game haircut menu
- More graceful errors that don't break the whole main menu
- Increased modal dialog trigger resolution from 768px -> 900px

Broke something with the last update reverting for now

- Added required items icons

- Added popup version of the menu for lower resolution screens

- Compatibility with Reorganized Info Screen
- Hopefully fix load order so spongies should work
