Fix couple minor typos

Fix small bug in Fire Breath's corpse requirements.

Major update! Adds 8 new gene mods and tweaks the costs of almost every gene mod.

Fixed issues with localization for the new research project. Also created a way to grant new gene mod keys on save load when adding more mods to an existing game. Will NOT remove keys if mods are removed.

Missed a localization.

Small fix to add a missing config.

Major update for Stukov Gene Mods! Now requires Iridar's Template Master to allow for DLC gating of supplimental mods!

Small tweaks and cleanup

Ported over Mod Jam Gene Mods (courtesy of Kiruka) and added 1 new arm gene mod. Now requires BStar's Perk Pack.
