FIXED: You can now scavenge loot containers that have respawned. This is based on the "respawn hours" setting in the sandboxvariables. You have to wait that many hours to scavenge a container again. If loot respawn is off, you can't scav that box again.

ADDED: Config options to a notification if you succeed, and one to show WHAT you found.
