Reworked Code, Added features, Fixed many bugs, should work in all but maybe 1 or 2 edge cases.

Pawns will now actually do work when using custom schedules.

Added a toggle on the zone selector for disabling the scheduling by zone.

Fixed it to when there is no zone for a schedule it will default to the unrestricted zone.
