# CHANGES #
- Adopting the Cybernetics tradition with the Rudimentary Cybernetics civic while The Machine Age is active will also trigger the newly-added cyberisation situation (if The Machine Age is not enabled, the previous effects will occur)
- Finishing the Cybernetics tradition with the Rudimentary Cybernetics civic while The Machine Age is active will require the completion of the new cyberisation situation from The Machine Age (otherwise, it will complete as usual)
- Removed tech_society_1 and tech_society_2 from overwrites (these were previously removed from the basegame)
- All technoogies previously requiring tech_society_1 and tech_society_2 no longer do so
- Machinarchy civic cannot be selected by empires of individualistic machines
- Plagued Society origin cannot be selected by empires of individualistic machines

Note: The Machine Cult / Cult of Engineers civics added by the mod will be getting a change soon, due to their similitarities with the new Cybernetic Creed origin

1.6.5.1:
- Technocorp and Seekers of Knowledge councilor positions now increase scientist XP gain by 5% per level (as the previous boost was removed in 3.10)
- Fixed bug where interface files would look for non-existant trait icons
- Reduced Nanomechanical Innards's ship hull regen bonus to +50% from +100%
- Updated overwritten traditions to fix bugs with Genetic Manipulators and Rudimentary Cybernetics civics
- Adopting the Cybernetics tradition with the Rudimentary Cybernetics civic now gives 5 months worth of alloys instead of the previous static 500 alloys
- Strengthened One with Nature's boost to terraforming speed from +25% to +75%
- Replaced One with Nature's boost to habitability with +10% pop growth speed
- One with Nature is no longer mutually exclusive with the Arcology Project
- Fixed some errors in the localistion of civic effect descriptions

# Changes & Balance #
- Updated for 3.10 Pyxis
- Updated all councilor positions previously requirely Admiral or General to now require Commander
- Other instances referring to Admirals/Generals now replaced by Commanders
- All instances of Governors now replaced by Officials
- Updated localisation references to Admirals, Generals and Governors
- Updated to use 'leader_lifespan_add' instead of 'leader_age' as per the new syntax
- Starfleet Academies: removed Commander upkeep reduction and replaced with +15% XP gain
- Starfleet Academies: added +1 starting level to Commanders but increased upkeep by 2 Energy Credits
- Professionalism [Recruitment Policy]: added +1 starting level to Commanders
- Born of Knowledge: added +10% Pop assembly to Bio-Mech worlds and increased to +15% on Core Processor worlds
- Born of Knowledge: added +20% research from Researchers on Core Processor worlds
- Removed Anarcho-Tyranny, for now [still exists in code, so existing games with it will still work]
- Removed the Alloy Enrichment Plant and Goods Management Hub [still exist in code, so existing games with either will still work]
- Technological League: no longer produces Energy Credits in addition to other resources
- Technological League: changed Unity production from 0.1 to 0.15 and Consumer Goods from 0.25 to 0.15
- Changed trait icons of Technological Nexus and Ruler of Organics

# Bugfixes & Improvements #
- Updated Russian localisation (thanks to Maraniro on Discord)
- Updated compatibility file for policies overwrites (thanks to Dukko)
- Data Accretion: on adopting civic, Ruler gains the Technological Nexus trait
- Added boost to XP gain to a node for each Gestalt civic
- Modifiers from the strategic production civics (such as Crystalline Energy Grid) now add Gestalt variants of jobs if the owner is a Gestalt
- Fixed issue where empires with Corporate Nihilism couldn't actually consecrate black holes
- Empires with Corporate Nihilism and Cult of Engineers now have the same opinion modifiers as their non-Megacorp counterparts
- Fixed Mutual Aid trade policy not being present when mod is active
- Updated Genetics and Cybernetics adoption conditions to be persistent with the changes made in 3.9 Caelem
- Fixed finishing effects of the Cybernetics tradition to properly trigger events related to Under One Rule
- Updated can_release_vassal_from_species game rule to include checks for the Clone Soldier Ascendant trait
- Updated modified Traditionalist file to include new changes
- Fixed checks for the ruler class to now look to is_ruler in modified factions
- Added compatibility to Bug Branch's changes to the Traditionalist factions
- Updated compatibilty to Expanded Pops and More
- Fixed bug where the Technological Nexus and Ruler of Organics ruler traits would not properly be added to the Ruler
