+ Updated eyelids texture; more skin-toned, no longer black.
+ Fixed some teeth that had flipped normals.
+ Added Nick and Coach's lightwarps.
+/- Adjusted eyes to use similar lighting with other survivors.
+ Removed unused texture to save filespace.

+ Added Glubtastic 4 animations.
When the user joins a Local-Hosted Glubtastic 4 server, this allows them to see the custom animations.
(Gregory should no longer T-Pose when you beat Glubtastic 4.)
