Added compatibility for the "New Items And Augments" (NIAA) mod's items and weapons. Allows NIAA's detiered items and weapons to go untouched by this mod, yet allows this mod to re-icon those if their respective NIAA category option is disabled. Adds roman numerals to NIAA's exclusive tiered weapons (batons). This mod now loads after NIAA.
