- Allow movables on top of containers to be picked up

Add sandbox option to let admins use the sledeghammer even when AllowDestructionBySledgehammer is set to false

Also prevent disassembling from the Pickup Tool menu

Also prevent players from picking-up containers, except for the following objects:
* Barbecues
* Fireplaces
* Freezers
* Fridges
* Microwaves
* Stoves
* Woodstoves
