Added configuration to allow one plant by default to be harvested but with the ability to increase if someone wants to.

Updated to be compatible with the latest release of CannabisPlus. The drying, workbench, and packing features are amazing! The CannabisPlus team released a cool update.

Updated to fix grow times of all Blackouts cannabis strains. Now properly pulling configured grow times from the config. Thank you to shawmiester for identifying this and even fixing the code for me. THANKS!!!
