I fixed the hives & adjusted the weights of the jobs. Since more was changed than I first noticed.

Also added a little description for the politics so no more _desc is shown when you cursor over the policie.

Soldiers now give -5 crime & +1 stability as in the main mod.

Changed values slightly so it no longer has that pointless happiness & improved localization, shouldn't have any bugs.

The vanilla policies folder has also been removed.

The AI weighting has also been updated. The AI chooses policies based on ethical considerations.

The vanilla pop jobs have been removed because I realized that they are unnecessary. This time I have the code line for the thumbnail also not forgotten, so that now also the thumbnail is to be seen ^^
