Changed the steam workshop info, mod itself is unchanged, read the stuff below for actual change details.

* Completely rewrote all the code so that the feature behaves properly.
* Added a new 3D model for the Home-Made Silencer.
* Metalworking skill is required to craft them - this makes more sense than it requiring Aiming (also, gives you more of a reason to care about levelling up Metalworking)
* Tweaked the silencer stats so that the effect it has on the weapon is more realistic.

TODO: Investigate the possibility of having silencers wear out.

Turns out all the spawning code was broken. Now it isn't. Haven't seen any errors since. Please report if you do spot anything.
