Year of the Dragon update:

Brand new portrait courtesy of Firehead Engine (who also did the Dracula versions).
Brand new victory themes commissioned by BobTheGuyyy
New Bighurt animation.
Gone over entire character's sprites and tried to tidy them up a bit in terms of detail by making the lop more pronounced, the horns a more consistent shape across the sprites and the tracksuit not having the outlines of the belt and the vase clash for a more visible outline.
Moved Lilac's hand in idle and other poses to behind the body instead of in front.
Adjusted shading to make the blue outfit brighter.
Lilac's gemstone hearing aids are brighter overall and have a white glint on them to make them appear shiny... like gemstones!
Added an extra frame of animation to the intro to smooth transition into battle.
Adjusted intro so that multiple Lilac's don't have a sound clash and that they all boost onto the stage at different times.
Adjusted the poses on a bunch of other sprites and tweaked frame count for slightly better animation.

Moveset reshuffled, Pangu Shield is gone from the regular moveset and Cyclone has been changed to be the new DSpecial. This means that you can also perform it on the ground instead.
Cyclone spins faster in animation but the number of hits are still the same.
She now only has one Neutral Special as a result meaning you can fire projectiles in midair.
New DStrong, a double cross hair slash which replaces the Grounded Cyclone. Seeing as Lilac can now do DSpecial on the ground as Cyclone, changing this to something new was more effective.
The New DStrong inherits stats of the final Cyclone hit but the Angles have been adjusted to be outward ones at 130 and 50.
UAir completely reanimated and given a much bigger range. In light of this, the move has been nerfed in stats to do 7 damage and have a 12 frame startup with 19 frames of endlag.
Landing Lag on UAir is now 8 instead.
In light of the redesigned kit the HUD has been adjusted to remove the shield dice if you don't have shields.

Major nerf to USpecial, Vspeed -20 -> -17. -20 was way too good and the new distance allows the spring to be better used as a piece of stage control.
USpecial now has an function with marking, marked opponents will be launched higher (-19 speed).

Anti-cheapie mode remains in the mod, replacing Grounded Cyclone as DSpecial. If Rune D is equipped then shields are DSpec again.
Rune O, aka Ultra Instinct mode has received several enhancements and bug fixes to ensure all sounds are played and Dash Speed is no longer reset.
Lilac's base dash speed in Rune B is now higher than normal (11)

Added Rivals RC compatibility
Added Wiimote compatibility
Revised certain Dialogue Buddy interactions including actually working properly with Neera now.
Added Ridley, Garchomp and Crest to the Dialogue Buddy interactions.
Revised the colours of the Carol, Milla, Torque and Neera alts.
Pokemon held items that boost speed will now properly enhance Lilac's speed if appropriate instead of them being reset.
Fixed bug where Lilac would have four hair tendrils during her enhanced dash animation.

Added death animation based on Freedom Planet 1, Lilac will burst into feathers on death
Victory screen has an extra flourish for the Stage Clear banner.

Fixed Cappy compatibility showing Lilac Mario being twice the size as this wasn't shrunk when the character was converted to small sprites.

Adjusted skin colour and boot, hand and buckle colour on Keqing alt.
Adjusted Hatsune Miku, Mallow, Shez, Yukong and Sailor Moon alt colours

Dair nerfs:

Dair nerfed so that you can no longer control your fall after it starts
A speed clamp of 3 is applied to the startup of Dair
No longer possible to fast fall during startup.

DAir tweaked so that you can no longer Special Cancel the move until after 20 frames.

Added Chao compatibility

Added Trip the Sungrazer alt

Added talking flower compatibility for taunt. running past the flower, using Cyclone and using Dragon Boost.

Added advanced Frame Data Woodcock info for more exact details on moves.

Tweaked some variables so that the Trip Alt works with the Sonic sound effects as well as reordering them.

Buffs:
Uspecial is now refunded when you get hit, don't know why I didn't have that on there before.
Dair is now wall jump cancellable
Chaos Emerald powered Super Boost has half the cooldown time.

New feature, or rather the restoration of an intended feature, Lilac can now bounce off springs while in a Dragon Boost, either straight into them cancelling the boost immediately or bounce off the side of them as if they were walls.
Bunch of code changes so that sparkle effects are not skipped if there are more than two players.
The pangu flash effect on DSpecial is also no longer affected by Post draw frame skips.


Fixed Dragon Boost always facing right on default with the new aiming method.
Fixed Super Boost aura sprite not rotating when boosting down into a platform.

v3.28

Somehow this wasn't in before... while charging a Dragon Boost Lilac actually faces the way she is aiming. Reworked the way the arrow works to account for this.

Removed a debug message.

Added Bar Sonic Rainbow Ring compatibility, Lilac will now twirl when going through a ring, akin to her animation when she goes through a ring in Phoenix Highway.

Added 4 more Miiverse posts.

Fixed Spring not actually working properly in Teams mode, now it launches everyone correctly.

This means that the Spring actually works as intended in Endless Abyss mode where it will launch all opponents who are aerial when they come into contact with it and Lilac can now bounce off the spring with the Dragon Boost as intended.

Altered the colours of the Sonic alt.
Added Ouro Kronii alt.
Added dialogue support for Legacy Carol.
Nerfed the AI attack timer to make the AI slighlty less oppressive to fight against, taking into account she already has really high speed.
Altered the code logic for the boost arrow.
REPLAYS ARE NOW FIXED! Big thanks to Supersonic for troubleshooting the issue. Removed some input lines that were causing replays to bug out.

Fixed jump animation not going into loop animation after finishing.

Attempted to fix an issue that causes replays to bug out after using the Dragon Boost, however this still persists. Any replays saved with this character will bug out if FSpec is used.

Lilac's call for Carol while voices are on now only plays if Carol is on the same team as her.

Added Dialogue Buddy compatibility for Bar Sonic as well as Spark the Electric Jester, Dimp Amy and Neera.

Gravity .6 -> 5. (Apparently Olympia's gravity is too high and Lukastar's gravity was nerfed from .6 so making an appropriate change.)

Also fixed some stats which were being set erratically.

Fixed a bug where the respawn platform was too big, whoops.

v3.24

New intro animation, inspired by the ending of Dragon Valley from FP1, Lilac now spin boosts onto the stage.
New moonrun animation inspired by Lilac's backwards running animation from FP2. Can be triggered by starting a moonwalk and then immediately exiting the moonwalk.
Entire character converted to small sprites for that extra smoothness in performance (basically make it so that dittos are less likely to lag due to a mass of effect drawings)

Fixed a bug with the Final Smash hit sound effect not playing.
Final Smash flashing meter is fixed to be the correct length.
Final Smash no longer has Force Flinch 2 to ensure that it has a proper KO impact.

Jump animation altered slightly to ensure that it transitions properly at the apex instead of just before.

Gold sheen re-added to Golden Dragon alt. This was taken away by Rivals from alt 18 automatically when custom colours was introduced to alt skins but the function has been restored manually for this alt.

Boost meter no longer awkwardly stops shining when changing transition.

Added Boris Anderson compatibility.

Nerfs:

Datrong getting parried cancels your momentum, this is to make it easier for the opponent to punish the move.
Dragon Boost meter empties on death.

Chaos Emerald powered super boost now has the same angle Flipper as the normal version.
Added hurt voicelines, figured that since newer characters have them in a reasonable way, she can have them too.
Cancelling Cyclone with voices on after Lilac shouts the moves name will prematurely end the voice clip.
Adjusted the behaviour of Cyclone, as you can only manipulate gravity if Lilac's vertical speed is downwards, meaning you can't use it to gain height anymore (This is actually how it is in the Freedom Planet games)
Added Wiimote stage compatibility.
Added an alt for Yukong from Honkai Star Rail.
