v1.21

Made a few animation improvements after learning more about stacking indexes, where they cannot exceed the original index, so improved the Cyclone animation with an additional spinning animation. The sparkle effects have been moved in code so that they can appear in front of the hair in animation and in addition to this all the hair tendril sprites have been reworked to be by themselves unmixilated. In the short term, this will look weird, but a full resprite of this chracter is on the cards for the future.

Leftover code from the original mod had the hair animations from walking and running the wrong way round and they didn't play out in full, this has now been fixed.

Minor bug fix, AI now recovers properly if knocked off the stage in practise mode while set to standing.

For those of you who cannot stand the sight of mixels... I can't fully help you there. But for now the least I can do is introduce a new design for the Dragon Boost meter and shield hud icons, the new boost meter I'm particularly pleased as to how it came out.

LIlac's AI was now too OP, especially on the lower levels of difficulty and I found it impossible to play against, so tweaked her AI so that you can actually hit her on lower difficulty levels. Yes, she still has ultra fast reaction times but those are now directly tied to your set difficulty level with Level 9 Lilac's giving the full intended head on assault of attacks.

Taunt bug wasn't fixed, removed the associated code altogether
Further tweaked the AI and put a safety belt on Dragon Dash KOs, which are now more stage position dependent on startup, leading to a greater variety of KO attempts.
Fixed the location of the Final Smash sprite which was too low.
Changed the Dragon Boost animation again after finding the original FP2 sprites so used those instead of trying to recreate a hybrid effect from Youtube videos.
Tweaked a few boost sprite triggers to prevent the sprite from lingering around after the move finishes, though this may cause the boost sprite not to appear on occasions... in which case I suppose its more authentic to FP1 lol.

Seriously, very happy with how the AI is now!

Fixed a bug that caused Lilac to taunt forever when CPU is set to at least Level 7.
