Feature request: Add an array of VoiceOverrides to the Dark Customization struct allowing for a pool of voices to be selected from when applying faction cosmetics.

Adds a new user requested customization option:
- bUseCharacterPoolNationality: This setting will now use the Character Pool soldier's nationalities instead of the ADVENT or EXALT nationalities. Random soldiers will still be ADVENT/EXALT.

Added a new configurable reward rank array. This will allow players to customize what rank of XCOM soldier they recieve when they capture a MOCX soldier (as opposed to always getting an XCOM soldier of equivalent rank).

Swaps the MOCX dark assault rifle range tables from FLAT to MEDIUM_CONVENTIONAL. This can be turned off in configs.

New Feature:
- Created a new alternative for bleed out math. This will allow for a more reliable partial bleedout chance. Also includes shortcut flags for Always Bleedout and Always Kill to make life easier. These features are opt-in, meaning the OG MOCX everything is used if you don't turn on the alternate version in this mod's configs.

Tweaked Feature:
- Special spawns (MECs from the dark event and MEC Troopers from the add-on) now have a flag which will make them respect the max squad size rather than allowing them as a "bonus" spawn.
- Restricted Hero spawns now properly limits it to 1 hero unit per squad (big shout out to Deadput for catching that this wasn't actually working right and was removing ALL hero units.)

Major bug fix: Adds experimental fixes for the state change container bloat caused by MOCX.

*EXPERIMENTAL* Add support to restrict the spawned squads to only 1 hero unit per drop pod. This means you will see more "regular" soldiers instead of pods with a reaper, templar, and skirmisher all together.
