Update
- Fixes the toggle gizmo being shown on pawns you don't control.
- Normally, gun-using pawns ignore shield belts when they go and equip gear on their own, even if their outfit instructs them to. They will now ignore this check, and will equip it.
- If a pawn equips a shield belt while holding a gun as their active weapon, the shield belt will default to a deactivated state.

Made a couple tweaks to improve compatibility, notably with the Archotech Shield Belt from VFE Insectoids for example.
