Fixed a bug that caused duplicate allies to appear at the start of a mission. Thanks to @Kolodis and @Faolin for the reports.

Fixed two bugs that could cause movement to freeze near the end of the mission The Five. Thanks to @gdj and @Zane Grey for the bug reports.

Also, Hailey has an SMG now. Woo!

This is the actual fix! Thanks to @Faolin and @Neidhart for the report. You should now be able to exit the junkyard.
