Tidying some descriptions and masses of weapons that were juggled about. Marking as v1 as I think it should be stable now

Balance pass. All weapons are balanced v star metal as a reference. Rather than drop damage for substances like bronze, I have reduced armour pen and durability instead. Bronze can get a very good edge, it just doesn't keep it excellently, and damaged quickly under abuse.
Corrected XP values for crafting and repair. Repair requirements set to 40% of the first 3 ingredients, rounded down.

Added a Han Dynasty Sha, aka, spear with a long blade.

Re-organizing Feats and feat tree, tiny bit of texture work to de-shiney a few objects
