Updated police armour model, moved it to the jacket slot
Nerfed stats for jackets
Added Military Sweater (doesn't spawn yet)
Edited female bullet vest model to avoid clipping
Changed short sleeve police shirts to ShortSleeveShirt category

Still doesn't include shell suit jackets or suit jackets yet
