- Update to Homing Mine's Localization, reflecting the latest change.

Homing mine is back to 1 charge, down from LWOTC's 4, in order for Iridar's Bounty Hunter class to be better balanced without needing to change it at all. As a result of this change, the Reaper's tree got shuffled a bit:

• Homing mine has been moved down to SGT rank.
  
• Silent Killer has been moved up to SSGT rank.
  
• Nimble Hands has been moved up to GSGT rank.
  
• Fearsome has been moved up to MSGT rank.

- The Skirmisher's Coordinate Fire has been replaced by Burial Blade at GSGT.

- The Templar's Ice Dragon Breath has been replaced by Fire Dragon Breath at SSGT. Ice Dragon Breath has entered their Tier 2 XCOM deck to replace Rapid Deployment.

- The Reaper's Tier 3 XCOM deck now has Burial Shot in place of Survival Instinct.

- Forward Operator and Nimble Hands in the Skirmisher's XCOM decks have swapped places (the former is now Tier 4, the latter is now Tier 3).

- Bigger Is Better and Crippling Strike have swapped ranks.
- Fearsome takes Death From Above's place at GSGT. Death From Above goes into the Tier 4 XCOM deck in Fearsome's old spot.
- Heist Artist and Perfect Plan in the Tier 1 XCOM deck have been replaced by Parkour and Maim.

- Fixed the Bigger Is Better ability not allowing the Reaper to equip the Rocket Launcher.
