* Fixed bug where allow all players to teleport command caused lua error

+ Added the ability to disable teleport effects using sv_atswarp_effects_enabled
+ Added the ability to set admin only warps by: ats_createwarp name true or false true being admin warp only, same with /setwarp <name> <bool>

* Fixed possible new exploits when using this addon for servers. Removed SendLua functions that use an injection of any external data.

Existing warps that want to use the admin only will need to be deleted and set again.

*fixed some spelling mistakes, dear me....

+ Added new client menu to change options under Utilities > ATS > Credits/Properties. ( only superadmins can change whats in the menu )
+ Added a donation button for my addon, for those who are willing to support me. c:
+ Added a cooldown timer upon warping to a location this can be adjusted by using the client menu or by using the following commands:
- sv_atswarp_cooldownenabled 0 or 1 - Determines the amount of time untill the player can warp again.
- sv_atswarp_cooldowntime 60 - default is 1 minute
+ Added New command:
- sv_atswarp_allply_canteleport 0 or 1 - this is an override for those who dont use administration mods but want everyone to teleport!

+ Added sv_atsdetect_destination 0 - 1, this is 1 by default and it will detect if a destination has a object/player blocking it at first before teleporting.
* Made some code rewrites/code cleanup.

* Fixed some minor bugs, and fixed some error messages giving the wrong message.

* Fixed some teleportation exploits using some ingame client side lua editors to teleport everyone on the server to a besific location ( Hopefully! )

+ Added new command sv_atsdetectfreeze "1 or 0" - "This will enable/disable the ability to prevent people from warping while frozen"

+ Added ULX, Evolve, and exsto administration support.

And for those who need additonal information for setting up the permissions, i have only setup 2 commands for each admin mod.

- atsaccess: allows the use of the addon ( warping to destinations )
- atsaccess.edit: giving this will allow that usergroup to edit the warps ( create/remove )

+ Added some teleportation effects and changed the HUD based effects to the new gmod screen fade.
