Two UndeadLizardMale tails were in the LizardMale Resource category, a Tail category for UndeadLizardMale has been created and those two tails moved there.

Reduced the mod's file size by deleting some unused junk items.

Added two new items for all races: AccArms_ChainArms and Uppr_StarterChainmailStripped.

As the name implies, StarterChainmailStripped is the Starter Chainmail upper body model without the hanging chainmail arm veils, and ChainArms are those veils. They don't look very good on their own, but they blend well with certain shoulder pads to give them a bulkier appearance.
