There is reason to believe that the game incorrectly calculates the effect of the "Suit Sustainability Training" perk on the durability of the Suit.
Therefore, we will have to turn off the check for the presence of this perk, when predicting the breakdown of the Suit and deciding on the discharge.

now even if there was no free dock, oxygen will be transferred to the most empty one.
adjusted "Store Equipment" chore priority.
now the Suits Dock do not release oxygen into the atmosphere when deconstructed.
added the ability to deliver oxygen manually in canisters, you can turn it on and off.
added the ability to copy settings from one Dock to another.
